Step cooking
- I wash the vegetables well and let dry. Boil rice in advance and prepare minced meat.
- Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
- Peel the onion and finely chop.
- We clean the mushrooms and cut into thin plates.
- We cut out the core of cabbage.
- We put a pot of water on the fire and bring to a boil. In boiling water we send the head of cabbage, cover with a lid and leave to boil for about 5 minutes.
- At this time, put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil. We send onions and carrots to the pan. Fry, stirring with a spoon.
- When the onions and carrots are fried, add the mushrooms.
- When the vegetables and mushrooms are fried, take out half of them on a plate. And the second part is poured directly in the pan with tomato juice and mix. You can also use tomato sauce or pasta diluted with water.
- In the vegetables set aside on the plate, add boiled rice and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste, add spices.
- Add minced meat, mix everything carefully. For this recipe, pork, beef, chicken mince is suitable. It also turns out delicious with minced meat.
- Pour cheese into minced meat, mix. Stuffing for cabbage rolls is ready.
- We prepare cabbage leaves. To do this, cut solid veins at the base from the sheets, since they can interfere with wrapping the filling. We sort cabbage into leaves.
- We begin to wrap the filling. To do this, place a small amount of minced meat on the base of the sheet, where we cut the seals.
- Wrap the minced meat in a leaf, turning the edges, and form cabbage rolls.
- Twisted cabbage rolls are placed in a multicooker bowl and pour tomato sauce. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. We set the Extinguishing mode on the multicooker, the time is 1 hour.
