- Turkey fillet - 1 kg
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Fresh thyme - 6 branches

Step cooking
- Rinse 1 kg of turkey under running water and remove excess moisture with a paper towel.
- Peel 5 large cloves of garlic and chop it into small pieces.
- In each slice of your meat, make pockets for garlic.
- Place garlic in prepared pockets.
- Take 6 sprigs of fresh thyme and spice it with each piece of meat.
- Salt and pepper the meat to taste.
- Twist each piece of meat into the roll as tightly as possible. Tie your rolls with culinary thread.
- Heat the pan to maximum temperature. Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l olive oil and dip the pieces of turkey into the pan. Fry everything until golden brown, but not until fully cooked.
- Put your meat in a baking dish. In addition, salt and pepper it. You can also put thyme sprigs on top. Send the dish to the oven preheated to 140-150 degrees and set the convection mode. Under these conditions, the meat will cook from 60 to 80 minutes.
