Step cooking
- The sea language in the amount of two pieces is thoroughly washed with cold water from the tap. Lightly wipe the component with paper towels in order to get rid of excess moisture. We spread the tongue on a flat surface, and then salt and pepper on both sides in accordance with personal taste preferences. If desired, you can cut the tongue into portioned pieces, the length of which should not exceed 5 cm.
- Spray the product with about 10-15 ml of olive oil, and then gently rub it on the surface.
- Heat the pan to a hot state, and then pour 20 ml of refined sunflower oil into it. Pour 30-50 g of wheat flour into a small plate, and then roll the prepared tongue thoroughly in it.
- We spread the product on hot oil and fry it on both sides until a golden brown crust appears. It takes about 1.5-2 minutes to fry each side.
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, on top of which we spread the fried tongue.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 200-210 ° C. We send the baking sheet with refreshments to the preheated oven and bake there for no more than 10 minutes.
- We thoroughly wash with cold water lettuce in the amount of 2-3 pieces and a small bunch of parsley. Dry the greens with paper towels, and then finely chop the parsley with a sharp knife.
- We clear one pepper from seeds and core, then we cut it into half rings of medium thickness.
- On a large flat dish, beautifully lay out whole lettuce leaves. On the side of them in a chaotic manner we lay out chopped bell pepper.
- On top of the leaves lay the baked sea tongue.
- Lightly sprinkle the resulting composition with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Last spread chopped parsley.
