Ingredients
Shrimp | 500 g |
Butter | 40 g |
Honey | 2 tbsp. l |
Soy sauce | 100 ml |
Ground black pepper | 0.5 tsp |

Step cooking
- For a day, we place 500 shrimps in a deep container and put them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator so that they unfreeze before cooking.
- Peel 3 cloves of garlic from the husk, then flatten them with the flat side of the knife and finely chop.
- We put the pan on medium heat, put 40 g of butter on it and wait for it to melt.
- When the butter has melted, pour the chopped garlic into the pan and fry it with regular stirring until it acquires a golden hue.
- Add shrimp to the roasted garlic and 2 tbsp. l honey, then mix thoroughly.
- When the honey has completely dissolved, add 100 ml of soy sauce so that it reaches half a layer of shrimp, and again mix everything well.
- When the soy sauce boils, add the juice of ½ lemon and 0.5 tsp. black pepper, then mix, reduce heat to a minimum and simmer the shrimp for 5-7 minutes.
- After 5-7 minutes, turn off the fire, take out the ready-made shrimp with a slotted spoon, place them in a deep container, let cool slightly and serve.
Seafood is a healthy food due to its high content of protein, minerals and vitamins. If you chose king or tiger prawns for cooking, you will need to stew them for 12-15 minutes. If you add paprika during the roasting process, your eye will make the color of the shell more saturated, without spoiling the taste of the product itself. You can also serve them with sauce. Spicy tomato sauce or cooked from processed cheese with spices or spices is suitable for this purpose.
