- Mix the contents of the bowl well until smooth with your hand. Stir the minced meat with your hand, like dough, for about 8-10 minutes. The better the minced meat is mixed, the tastier the cutlets will be. Stuffing is juicy and moist due to onion juice and zucchini.
- Grease a baking pan with 100 ml of any vegetable oil using a cooking brush. Pour the remaining oil on a baking sheet and spread evenly on its bottom. With wet hands, form small round or oval cutlets with a thickness of about 1.5-2 cm from the meat. Place on a baking sheet at a distance of 1.5-2 cm from one another.
- Heat 200-300 ml of drinking water to a temperature of 40-50 ° C, add water to a baking sheet, carefully pouring it between cutlets. Stew cutlets at a temperature of 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove the patties from the oven, grease each patty with butter (25 grams), chopped on a fork. This action softens the crust of cutlets.
