Ingredients
- Coconut Flour - 70 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Honey - 50 ml
- Banana - 100 g
Step cooking
- Pour 70 g of coconut flour and 50 g of butter into a separate container. Grind everything to a homogeneous mass (crumbs).
- Send the resulting crumbs to the pan, to the slowest fire. Fry the coconut mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then pour the composition into a separate container.
- Take 1 banana and chop it with a fork into the pulp.
- Add the banana to the coconut crumbs and mix everything until smooth.
- Then gradually add to the composition of 50 ml of honey. The composition must be constantly stirred.
- Divide the resulting dough into several small circles.
- Give each circle a truffle shape.
- Before serving, sprinkle each of your truffles with cocoa powder.
