Step cooking
- Break five chicken eggs into a large, deep bowl, add 100 grams of granulated sugar and beat these ingredients with a mixer.
- In a separate bowl, mix 250 grams of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and 7 grams of baking powder.
- Sift the flour mixture into a bowl with eggs and sugar. Mix all the ingredients again with a mixer.
- Melt on a stove or in a microwave 100 grams of butter. Add the melted butter to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour 50 grams of raisins and 50 grams of dried apricots with hot water and leave for 10 minutes. Cut into small pieces 50 grams of walnuts and steamed dried apricots.
- Add nuts, dried apricots and raisins to the dough and mix again.
- Lubricate the multicooker bowl with 10 grams of butter.
- Pour all the dough into the multicooker bowl and gently tap it to make the dough settle and air bubbles to come out.
- We set the baking mode on the multicooker, put the bowl, close the lid and bake for 50 minutes. Throughout the entire cooking time, it is not recommended to open the lid, otherwise the cupcake may not turn out so lush and airy.
- When the necessary time has passed, open the lid and let the cake cool slightly.
- Then we take out the pastries from the bowl, put on a large flat dish or plate, decorate and serve.
