Step cooking
- We lay out the softened butter in a deep container or bowl of the mixer.
- Add a little vanilla sugar, vanilla extract or vanillin to the oil.
- Drive 1 chicken egg into the mixture and add part of the sugar. We begin to beat with a mixer and in parallel with this, without turning it off, we introduce another part of sugar.
- Then we drive one more egg into the bowl and, continuing to beat, pour the remaining sugar. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
- Drive the last egg into the bowl and beat the mass for about 5 minutes.
- Sift part of the flour into the resulting mass. Pre flour can be sifted 2-3 times. So the baking will turn out more magnificent.
- Remove the whisk from the mixer and manually gently mix the flour.
- Then add the baking powder and the rest of the flour to the bowl. Mix gently.
- After that, we hook the whisk back to the mixer and beat for another 3-4 minutes. The mass should be very airy. Leave the dough to stand for 5-10 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, doing raisins. Thoroughly rinse the raisins and pour boiling water for 5 minutes, drain with water and spread on paper towels or a cotton towel to remove excess moisture.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp into a small bowl. l flour and put raisins in it. Mix raisins with flour.
- We spread the raisins in a small strainer and sift the excess flour.
- After that, send the raisins to the dough and mix.
- Grease parchment paper with vegetable oil. We line this paper with a rectangular baking dish so that the edges of the paper hang down. This is necessary so that the cupcake can be easily removed from the mold.
- We spread the dough into the mold using a spatula. Gently distribute the dough over its entire shape and level the surface.
- Wet the knife in water. We pass the knife in the center of the dough. This is done so that the crack on the cupcake is in the middle. When the cupcake begins to rise, air will come out of it and a crack will appear in any case.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and send the form with the dough into it. We bake for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the characteristics of a particular oven. Readiness checks with a toothpick. We stick it in a cupcake and see if there is any test left on it. If the toothpick is dry, the cupcake is ready. Ready cake should be completely cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
