Ingredients
Cucumbers | 1 kg |
Garlic | 8-9 cloves |
Hot pepper | 1/2 pcs. |
Dill (fresh and umbrellas) | 1 bunch |
Parsley | 1 bunch |
Dry mustard | 1/2 tsp |
Allspice | 5-6 pcs. |
Salt | 1 tbsp. l (no slide) |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |
Wine Vinegar (or 6%) | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Wash approximately 1 kilogram of cucumbers under running water. Pour very cold water into a deep bowl and soak the cucumbers in it for 2-4 hours (the more the better).
- After this time, you need to chop the cucumbers. Remove their ponytails and cut them into quarters (if the cucumbers are small, then just cut them in half).
- In an ordinary bag, put the dill umbrellas and all chopped cucumbers.
- Rinse and chop finely over a bunch of fresh dill and parsley. Send greens to the bag.
- Peel and rinse the garlic. Grind about 3 cloves with a garlic press, and finely chop another 5-6 cloves with a knife, after crushing it with the flat side. Put the garlic in the bag.
- Rinse one hot pepper and chop very finely. Adjust the amount of pepper depending on taste preferences.
- Add chopped hot pepper, 5-6 peas of allspice, peas, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt and 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar (can be replaced with regular vinegar 6%) in a bag of cucumbers.
- Tie the bag at the very top, leaving free space. Thoroughly but gently mix the cucumbers with spices. Leave the cucumbers for 30 minutes at room temperature, then shake the bag again and put it in the refrigerator. Let the cucumbers brew for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator (it is best to clean them for the night). The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
Did you know? In order to cook delicious light-salted cucumbers, it is very important to choose the right fruits. Please note that you can not take bitter, lethargic or yellowing. The best option would be to choose thin-skinned and strong bubbled cucumbers of about the same size.
