Step cooking
- We measure with a glass 270 ml of room temperature water. Add to it 1-1.5 tsp. dry instant yeast (if using ordinary yeast, take them 3 times more and soak the day before), 1 tsp. salt, 3 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. We mix it all and let it stand for 15 minutes so that the yeast begins to actively produce carbon dioxide.
- After 15 minutes, pour the liquid mass into the bowl of the bread machine.
- Sift 450 g of premium wheat flour there.
- Set the container with the ingredients in the bread machine.
- We set the appropriate mode on the Mulinex bread machine - it is designed to knead the dough, proof it and bake a loaf of bread and take about 3 hours 25 minutes.
- You can observe how the dough mixes on its own, then it will fit well, and after that bread will be prepared from it. After the time has passed, a red light will blink in the bread machine program panel, which will indicate that the bread is ready.
- We take the bread out of the bowl, let it cool and use it for its intended purpose: serve it for the first and second courses, make sandwiches, toasts, canapes, etc. with butter, jam, tomato and mayonnaise sauces, cheese, sausage or meat, seafood and any other ingredients to your taste.
