  • Flour - 200-220 g

  3. To 200 g of flour add 1 tsp. baking powder. Sift the dry ingredients through a sieve. Add flour in several stages. Pour about 100 g of flour to the eggs. We mix everything. In parts, we introduce flour with baking powder.
  4. Pour the remaining 100 g of flour. Mix everything again. The dough should not be very thick and drain from the whisk. The dough consistency is not very thick.

Pear preparation

  1. Thoroughly wash 4 medium-sized pears. Cut each pear lengthwise into 4 parts. Pear cut into quarters.
  2. Cut out the middle, tail and ovary. We remove the core from the fruit.
  3. We divide each quarter lengthwise into 3 parts. We cut each quarter of the pear into 3 parts.

Making a cake
