Ingredients
- Pears - 4 pcs.
- Flour - 200-220 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Dough baking powder - 1 tsp.

Cooking dough
- Break 3 eggs into a bowl. Pour 150 g of sugar. Whisk with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- In a pan, melt 100 g of butter. Pour it into beaten eggs with sugar. Whip everything.
- To 200 g of flour add 1 tsp. baking powder. Sift the dry ingredients through a sieve. Add flour in several stages. Pour about 100 g of flour to the eggs. We mix everything.
- Pour the remaining 100 g of flour. Mix everything again. The dough should not be very thick and drain from the whisk.
Pear preparation
- Thoroughly wash 4 medium-sized pears. Cut each pear lengthwise into 4 parts.
- Cut out the middle, tail and ovary.
- We divide each quarter lengthwise into 3 parts.
Making a cake
- Lubricate the baking dish with butter. In the recipe, a mold with a diameter of 23 cm. Sprinkle with flour the entire surface of the mold.
- We spread the dough, evenly distribute it.
- On top of the dough, carefully lay out the slices of pears in a circle.
- Put the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- We get out of the oven, leave to cool. Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
Serve a pie for tea, milk or coffee can be both warm and cold.
Useful information
