  1. To prepare this dish we will take one fresh pink salmon. You can use frozen fish, then thaw it beforehand. You can also bake ready-made salmon steaks. To begin with, we clear the fish of scales, cut out the gills, leave the head. We cut the belly, remove all the insides and wash the carcass.
