Step cooking
- First you need to cut pink salmon: cut off the head, tail and fins. To do this, it is better to use kitchen scissors. Now the fish needs to be cut into two parts in the longitudinal plane along the ridge. Then it is cleaned of scales and all bones inside.
- It is time to salt and pepper pink salmon. To make the spices better absorbed into the meat, they should be gently rubbed into the surface of the carcass.
- The next step is lubricating the fish with mayonnaise. This is necessary so that the meat does not become dry. A pair of longitudinal lines extruded from a bag of mayonnaise and rubbed by hand on the entire surface of the carcass is enough. Surplus on the one hand will be enough to lubricate the second.
- Next, pink salmon is placed in a deep dish in which it will be baked in the oven.
- Fresh potatoes are peeled and cut into circles. After that, the circles are stacked on pink salmon, evenly covering it over the entire area of the dish.
- Now you need to salt and pepper the potatoes.
- Peeled onions are cut into large rings of medium thickness. Before you evenly lay the onions on the potatoes with a new layer, the rings need to be “disassembled” into smaller segments. This can be done over the dish, just before laying.
- Peeled carrots are cut into circles. After which they are also evenly distributed with a new layer over the onion.
- Once again, salt and pepper the dish.
- Now the time has come to grease the top layer. To do this, squeeze four to five longitudinal lines of mayonnaise of medium thickness, and smear it on the surface of the carrot layer. If the amount of mayonnaise seems insufficient, you can add more at your discretion.
