Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Boiled condensed milk - 80 g
- Vanilla Sugar - 8 g
- Dark Chocolate - 200 g
Step cooking
- Pour 8 grams of vanilla sugar, 50 grams of white sugar, 50 grams of butter and 500 grams of cottage cheese into a deep bowl. Before cooking, it is recommended that butter be kept at room temperature. Cottage cheese must be used soft and not sour. If you still purchased granular cottage cheese, then you need to grind it through a strainer, and only then use it.
- Take a simple tablespoon and mix the ingredients a bit.
- Next, take a blender and thoroughly beat the curd mass to a creamy consistency.
- We proceed to the preparation of glaze and filling. We take 200 grams of dark chocolate and break it into small pieces in a separate plate, which does not burst on a steam bath.
- Turn on the gas or electric stove and melt the chocolate in a steam bath, stirring it thoroughly so that it does not burn. Melting chocolate is necessary on a small fire.
- In the prepared melted dark chocolate we put 10 grams of butter at room temperature and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon.
- Pour about 0.5 tablespoon of chocolate into the glazed curd cake, and then spread it on the walls with a kitchen brush. A layer of chocolate should not be thick, enough to cover the curd mass.
- We send the form into the freezer for 3-4 minutes to solidify.
- Let's start preparing the filling. We take a pastry bag, put it on a glass and pour 80 grams of boiled condensed milk into it.
- Now we take a teaspoon and put the curd into a mold up to half.
- Then in the middle we make a strip of condensed milk in each compartment of the mold.
- On top of the condensed milk we spread the whole remaining curd mass. From above, everything must be carefully leveled so that the surface is smooth.
- Cover the curd mass with the remaining melted chocolate. We send the form with glazed curds to the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Delicious glazed curd cakes with condensed milk are ready! By the way, instead of condensed milk, you can use cookies, fruit puree, nuts, or make simple vanilla or chocolate cheesecakes for the filling. Enjoy your meal!
