Product | amount |
wheat flour | 320 g |
butter | 180 g |
baking powder | 1 tsp |
cottage cheese | 500 g |
sugar | 200 g |
vanilla sugar | 1 g |
chicken egg | 2 pcs. |
vegetable oil | ½ tsp |
Step cooking
- Cook the curd filling. Pour 500 g of cottage cheese into a deep bowl and add 200 g of sugar to it. Then pour about 1 g of vanilla sugar and beat 2 chicken eggs with all the ingredients.
- Mix everything well with a blender or fork until smooth. Depending on which cottage cheese you use, the filling may turn out to be slightly dry and more liquid. It also depends on how you whip the mass. With a blender, it will be uniquely liquid.
- Sift 320 g of wheat flour into a separate bowl with a sieve and add 1 tsp. baking powder, mix flour well with a spoon.
- Dice and soften 180 g butter in advance. Then add it to the bowl with flour and rub it with your hand to make crumbs.
- You can immediately put the oven up to 180 ºС. Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Then pour half of the crushed flour crumbs on the bottom of the mold and evenly distribute.
- On top of the flour crumbs, which will be the basis for the cheesecake, pour the curd mass and smooth it evenly in shape with a tablespoon.
- On top of the curd mass, sprinkle the remaining flour crumbs and slightly flatten it in shape with your hand.
- Place the cheesecake dish in a preheated oven to bake for 40-45 minutes. During this time, the top of the dessert is well browned. When ready, remove the cheesecake from the oven and leave it in shape until it cools completely at room temperature.
- Then remove the bezel of the form and transfer the cheesecake to the dish. Cut the dessert into portions and enjoy its delicate taste.
If desired, you can diversify and complement the taste of tender cheesecakes. To do this, you can add soaked dried fruits, for example, raisins or dried apricots, to the curd filling. Or put fresh or canned fruit to your taste between the curd filling and flour crumbs.
You can decorate, and thereby saturate the taste of an amazing dessert, sprinkling it with powdered sugar or chopped nuts. You can also grease the cheesecake with your favorite jam or icing.
You can serve cottage cheese delicacy for tea or coffee, or maybe you prefer with milk or fruit compote.
