Milk 500 g
Granulated sugar 30 g
Salt 2 g
Dry yeast 11 g
Vegetable oil 30 g

Step cooking

  1. In a large, deep bowl, mix 700 grams of wheat flour and 11 grams of dried yeast. Mix well.
    The sifted flour is mixed with dry yeast.
  2. Add 500 grams of warm milk, 30 grams of granulated sugar, 2 grams of salt and 30 grams of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly again.
    Add sugar, salt, milk and vegetable oil to the flour.
  3. Add 100 grams of flour and knead the dough with a spoon.
    Add more flour and begin to knead the dough.
  4. Pour another 100 grams of flour, bring to the desired consistency.
    Gradually add more flour.
  5. We divide the dough into two equal parts and put in two different plastic bags.
    We shift the dough into two bags, greased with vegetable oil.
  6. We place the dough in the refrigerator and leave it there for three hours.

  7. Three hours later, we take out the dough from the bag, crush it in flour and start baking.
