Step cooking
- We take a sieve, sift the flour so that it is enriched with oxygen. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, but not all, leave a little to add it for viscosity during the preparation of the dough.
- Pour 150 g of sugar into a bowl with flour, mix with a tablespoon.
- Then there we add 7 g of baking powder and 10 g of vanilla sugar.
- All dry ingredients are mixed together with a tablespoon.
- We take 150 g of cold butter, cut it into small cubes with a knife, put it in a bowl with flour.
- Carefully rub with our hands into the oil crumbs. As a result, all flour should be oily.
- Drive 1 raw chicken egg into the butter crumb, mix well with a tablespoon.
- We take 150 g of fat sour cream, put it in the dough, mix thoroughly, first with a tablespoon, then knead with hands. If necessary, add the flour left over from the batch. For the quality of cookies, sour cream should be taken at least 20%.
- The dough is ready, it should be soft, elastic.
- We take the cling film, put the finished dough on it. We give it the shape of a cake, wrap it with cling film, and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make the dough.
- After this time, we take out the dough from the refrigerator, begin to form blanks for cookies. To do this, make a sausage of about 3 centimeters in diameter from the dough. To the dough does not stick to the knife, sprinkle it with flour.
- Cut circles into a thickness of 1 cm, give the correct, slightly flattened shape.
- We take the baking dish, cover it with parchment paper, put the formed circles on the bottom so that the dough does not touch each other, because during baking the cookies increase in size.
- Turn on the oven, heat to a temperature of 200 degrees. In a well-heated oven, put a baking sheet with cookie blanks. Such cookies are baked for about 15 minutes. At the finished cookie, the sides and bottom should be browned, and the middle will be bright. The main thing is not to overdo it in the oven, otherwise the cookies will be tight and dry.
- We put the finished cookies on a flat dish, let cool a little. Sprinkle the cooled cookies with 1 tbsp. l powdered sugar.
The cookie is ready. It tastes crispy, and in the middle it is soft, delicate, porous, with a pleasant creamy taste. During a meal, it first crunches, and then melts in the mouth. Has a creamy, vanilla flavor. Have a nice tea party!
