Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour - ⅓ stack.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Sugar - 1 tsp.

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt, ground pepper - to taste

Step cooking
- Zucchini or young zucchini of any kind should be thoroughly washed, dried, cut off and cut into circles, 1 cm thick. If the skin is not in very good condition, it can be cut with a knife or using a vegetable cutter.
- Put the sliced zucchini in a deep bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and mix gently so that the additives are evenly distributed. Another zucchini can be laid out in layers in a bowl and separately pepper and salt each layer. It is only necessary to first take the necessary amount of salt and pepper, otherwise there is a high probability of over-salting the workpiece. Leave the zucchini in this form for 15 minutes so that they are salted and let the juice go.
- Peel the garlic (4 cloves), rinse in water and pass through a press. Add cayenne pepper (¼ tsp), sugar (1 tsp) and mix to make a uniform garlic gruel. Garlic along with pepper can also be drained in a mortar.
- Add table vinegar (1 tbsp.) To the mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- Pour flour (⅓ cup.) Into a plate, roll zucchini circles on both sides in it and put on a board, table top or in a plate.
- Put the pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil (2 tbsp. L.) And put the zucchini.
- Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
- Put the finished zucchini on a plate and grease each circle with cooked garlic sauce on top.
- Wash dill (1 bunch) thoroughly in water, dry, finely chop and sprinkle the finished dish on top. Zucchini with aromatic sauce can be served. Enjoy your meal.
