Step cooking
- First you need to cook the patties that will lie inside the burger rolls. To do this, you will need to thoroughly rinse 900 g of meat and twist it in a meat grinder. Stuffing can be passed twice through a meat grinder, then it will be more tender. You can also buy ready-made mincemeat, which will save your time a little, but you should pay attention to its composition and freshness.
- Twisted meat should be salt, pepper and divide into 6 identical balls, and then form small cakes from them with a recess inside. In size, the meat cakes should be slightly larger than the bun itself, since the meat will slightly decrease in size during frying.
- Put the grill pan on the fire and pour oil into it. When the oil heats well, put the meat cakes in a pan using a wide spatula and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes until a beautiful golden crust is formed.
- Remove the finished cutlets from the heat and put them to cool slightly.
- At this time, you can start toasting the buns. Cut each of the buns in half and place in a dry hot pan to make it a little toasted inside.
- Now you can begin to form the cheeseburger itself. 1 tsp smear ketchup inside the bottom roll.
- Put a clean and dry lettuce on a roll of ketchup.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin circles, which should be laid on top of a lettuce leaf.
- On top of vegetables, place 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
- Next, lay out the cutlet itself, which has already managed to cool down a bit.
- Cover the beef patty with Cheddar cheese again and lay on the cheese a few thin rings of red onion. If you do not like the bitterness of onion, you can pre-sprinkle it with vinegar or not add it at all.
- The final stage is the top of the sesame bun, which inside should be greased with 1 tsp. mayonnaise. In order to prevent the burger from breaking up, you can fix it with a long toothpick and serve it to the table. This dish is better to use freshly prepared, otherwise the taste will not be so saturated, and the rolls may soak from sauces.
