Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- mixer bowl (or deep bowl);
- mixer;
- kneading board (or silicone mat);
- deep thick-walled pan;
- paper towels;
- stove or hob;
- skimmer;

Step cooking
- 6 yolks and 3 protein of chicken eggs, 50 g of sugar, 0.5 tsp are alternately added to the mixer bowl. salt, 50 ml of milk and 1 tsp. (without slide) soda.
- We mix the entire contents of the bowl with a mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- Then add to the mixture 1 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar (if necessary, you can replace rice vinegar) and mix well again.
- Step by step (in several approaches) we add the sifted flour to the workpiece, thoroughly mixing it after each “approach” (on average, you will need about 500 g of flour, but the exact amount may vary in each case).
- When the contents of the thicket become sufficiently thick, put it on a kneading board, previously sprinkled with flour, and continue to knead the dough with your hands until it becomes firm and elastic.
- The resulting dough is cut into three identical parts, which are then put in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, we take out the dough from the refrigerator and thinly roll each of the resulting parts to a thickness of about 2 - 3 mm.
- Then we cut out the rolled dough into even long strips about 3 cm wide.
- And we cut them across a thin straw.
- In a deep thick-walled pan, heat 300 ml of vegetable oil.
- When the oil is heated, fry the resulting straw in it until golden brown in small portions.
- We take the finished straw out of the pan using a slotted spoon and spread it on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- When all the dough is fried, we begin to prepare syrup. To do this, add 150 g of honey and 150 g of sugar to the stewpan.
- We put it on a small fire and, constantly stirring, we achieve the complete dissolution of sugar.
- When the sugar has dissolved, pour the syrup into the fried dough and mix thoroughly (this must be done quickly until the syrup has frozen).
- Then we spread the resulting mixture into a mold pre-coated with parchment paper (parchment is also additionally greased with 1 tsp of butter). We carefully ram it.
- Then we put the form with chuck-chuck in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely.
- When the chuck-chuck hardens, it can be removed from the mold, cut and serve. For a more effective serving, you can sprinkle it with sesame seeds and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint on top.
