- Ginger root -10-15 g
- Fresh lemon - 2-3 cups

- Liquid honey, natural - 1 tsp.

Step cooking
- Wash and peel 10-15 grams of fresh ginger root. Try to peel off the skin as thinly as possible, since it is under it that the maximum amount of essential oils gives the aroma of tea. When choosing a product, pay attention to the skin of ginger; it is smooth in fresh spices.
- Grate the peeled piece of ginger on a fine or medium grater, transfer the mass along with the juice into a glass with a capacity of 250-300 ml. Adjust the amount of ginger in tea to your liking: the more spices you put in tea, the more burning it will turn out. To get a milder taste, cut the root with very thin plates, in this case the taste of the tea will be less saturated and more pleasant. For tea, you can use dry ground ginger, but in this case the effect of its use will be less.
- Wash the lemon fruit, cut from it 2-3 circles 2-3 mm thick. Cut each circle into 4-6 parts, together with the juice obtained by slicing, put the citrus in a glass. Instead of lemon, you can take lime.
- Tear 2-3 leaves from a sprig of fresh mint (previously washed), remember them in your fingers when they smell, put them in a glass to other components.
- Boil water in a kettle, let it stand for 2-3 minutes. Pour 230-250 ml of water into a glass. Cover the glass with a saucer. Wait until the tea has cooled to a temperature of approximately 48-50 ° C.
- Add 1 teaspoon of natural liquid honey to a glass of tea, stir the tea well. The drink is ready to drink. If you do not have honey, you can replace it with sugar to taste. It makes no sense to add honey to a very hot drink - it loses its beneficial properties.
Cooking options and a few words about the benefits
Black or green tea, as well as various spices, such as cinnamon, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, can be added to the ginger drink. Ginger tea warms perfectly, retains heat in the body, speeds up metabolism, has a beneficial effect on the digestive tract, helps to reduce body weight, relieves headaches and nervous tension and raises the general tone.
It is recommended to drink tea 30 minutes before or after a meal, it is not worth consuming more than 2 liters of ginger tea per day. The last tea party is done no later than 3 hours before bedtime. This tea is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal diseases, during pregnancy and lactation.
