- Premium flour - 270 g
- Soda - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Milk - 1 L
Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Pour 1 liter of milk into the pan and place on the stove. Heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil.
- In a deep bowl, mix 2 chicken eggs and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Beat with a whisk or mixer.
- Add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the eggs with sugar.
- Add a pinch of salt and soda to the mixture. Shuffle.
- Then pour in half the warm milk and mix thoroughly.
- Sift 270 grams of flour into a separate deep bowl. This is necessary in order to saturate the flour with oxygen and clean it of possible impurities. Start adding small amounts of flour to the dough, stirring constantly.
- When all flour is in the dough, add the remaining milk. Stir until smooth - the dough should turn out liquid. Leave the dough to infuse for 20 minutes.
Making pancakes
- Put the pan on the fire and heat it well. To make pancakes with holes, it is very important to thoroughly heat the pan.
- Lubricate the pan with a little vegetable oil. It is better not to use butter because it starts to burn very quickly.
- Type the dough into a ladle (it is better not to collect a full ladle of dough - this will make the pancakes thinner) and pour into the pan, quickly spreading the dough on the surface.
- Wait until the edges of the dough begin to become golden crust, and carefully turn the pancake on the other side.
- Fry the pancake on the other side and remove from the pan.
- Repeat these steps until the dough is complete. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite jam, honey or sour cream. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
