Step cooking
Knead the dough
- First of all, we take out 100 g of butter from the refrigerator and leave it in a warm place so that it softens thoroughly. Break one bar of dark chocolate into small pieces no larger than 1x1 cm in size. Lightly fry walnuts weighing 50 g in a dry frying pan until a brown crust appears.
- Sift through a fine sieve 200 g of premium flour.
- There we add 11 g of baking powder for the test, 1 pinch of salt and 5 g of ground cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- We peel the three overripe bananas from the peel, then put them in a deep container and knead with a regular fork to a mushy state. If you have only regular ripe bananas, then peel them, cut them into small pieces, and then freeze them in the freezer. After defrosting, the fruits will acquire a sweeter and more intense flavor, which we need.
- Separately, mix soft butter and 100 g of granulated sugar. Stir the components until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Beat the resulting oil mixture with a mixer until the mixture brightens.
- There we break one chicken egg, and then continue to beat the mixture.
- Then we introduce the second chicken egg and mix the mass until a homogeneous viscous consistency is obtained. I remind you that the eggs should be at room temperature, otherwise the butter will curdle during the whipping process.
- The oily mass is sent to the banana puree, and then stir well.
- Pour the previously prepared flour mixture from flour, baking powder and cinnamon into the resulting mass.
- The dough can be kneaded manually or using a mixer. When using a mixer, less time will be spent on the batch of dough, and the finished bread will acquire a more delicate and airy structure.
- Pieces of dark chocolate and lightly toasted walnuts are added to the finished dough.
- Stir everything thoroughly, trying to distribute the additives as evenly as possible throughout the test.
Bake bread
- Thoroughly spread the baking dish with high sides with baking paper. You can grease the mold with butter or vegetable oil, but using paper, it will be easier to remove the finished baking from the mold without damaging it.
- Evenly distribute the dough in shape.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 160 ° C. We send the bread preparation into the red-hot oven, and then bake it for an hour. Check the readiness of the product with a wooden skewer or a toothpick.
- We take out the finished bread from the oven, then take it out of the mold and cover it with a kitchen towel until it cools completely.
