Fish pie - a delicious and budget recipe

Milk 135 g
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Boiled rice 200 g

Step cooking

  1. Before cooking, boil rice. For the filling, we need 200 g of boiled rice.
    Boil rice in advance.
  2. Heat up to 40 degrees a half cup (125 ml) of water, add 0.5 tsp to it. salt, mix to dissolve.
    Dissolve salt in water.
  3. Heat half a glass of milk. Its fat content can be absolutely any, the main thing is that it is fresh and tasty for you. In warm milk, add one teaspoon of yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, let them dissolve. Sugar should always be added immediately with yeast so that they start their reaction. Leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes until the yeast comes up.
    Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
  4. After that, sift 430 g of flour into a deep bowl. Pour milk with yeast to it, add a couple more teaspoons of sugar, mix everything well with a spoon.
    In the sifted flour, we introduce milk with yeast.
  5. Gradually add a solution of water with salt.
    Stirring the dough, add water to it.
  6. Knead the dough with your hands until it all gathers in a lump. Then add 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and knead by hand until the dough absorbs all the oil. Kneading the dough in time will take about 10 minutes.
    We introduce vegetable oil into an almost finished dough.
  7. Then cover the bowl with the dough with a lid or cling film and place in a warm place for 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will double in volume.
    Leave the dough in a warm place so that it rises.
  8. While the dough is coming up, let's get into the filling. For the filling, we need fish fillet. You can use any marine fish of fatty varieties. Rinse 300 g of fillet, remove all bones from it, cut into small cubes.
    Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
  9. Peel the two onions, cut into small cubes. Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and send the fried onions until golden brown.
    Fry finely chopped onions in a pan.
  10. Then, send the chopped fish fillet to the pan, sauté for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
    Add fish to the onion.
  11. In a deep bowl, send 200 g of boiled rice, fried fish with onions, a pinch of ground pepper. We used white, and you can take any other or a mixture of peppers at your discretion, and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything.
    We prepare the filling by combining boiled rice with onions and fish.
  12. Rinse a bunch of greens dill and parsley, dry and chop finely. Send greens to the filling, mix everything. Be sure to try the salt, if necessary, add more. Let the filling stand for a while so that the ingredients are saturated with each other.
    Add pepper, salt to taste, finely chopped greens to the filling, mix.
  13. Now take out the dough, form a small tourniquet from it and divide into 6-7 equal parts. It is not necessary to knead it much so that it remains magnificent.
    The test is divided into portions.
  14. Roll one part of the dough with a cake.
    Each piece of dough is rolled into a cake.
  15. Put a large amount of filling in the middle.
    Put the filling on the center of the tortillas.
  16. Fasten the opposite edges of the dough so that the filling is visible in the middle.
