Ingredients

rabbit meat 1,5 kg
potatoes 1 kg
carrot 150 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
onion 2 pcs.
sweet bell pepper 1 PC.
Bay leaf 1 PC.

peppercorns 6 pcs
allspice 0.5 tsp
parsley 1 bunch

Step cooking

  1. We take rabbit meat (1.5 kg), wash it with cold running water, remove excess moisture with paper towels, cut it into small pieces. Rabbit meat must be of high quality. When buying, pay attention to the color, it should be pink, without dark spots. The smell of raw meat will be tender, good.
    Cut the rabbit meat into pieces.
  2. Turn on the hob on medium heat, put a frying pan on it, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, bring to a boil.
    We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil.
  3. Put the sliced ​​pieces of rabbit meat in a hot pan, lightly salt it, add 0.5 tsp. allspice, fry on both sides until golden brown.

  6. We take sweet bell pepper (1 pc.), Wash it thoroughly, peel it off of tails and seeds, cut it into small cubes on a cutting board, put it in a frying pan to the fried vegetables, lightly stew.
    We chop the bell pepper and add to the pan to the carrots and onions.
  7. We take 1 kg of raw potato, peel the vegetables with a knife, peel with my running water, cut into medium sized cubes. Put the chopped potatoes in a pot with finished rabbit meat.
    Dice the potatoes and immediately spread it to the meat.
  8. Fried vegetables are poured on top of the potatoes, pour hot water in such an amount that the contents of the pan are completely covered with liquid.
    We also put the stewed vegetables into the pan and add water.
  9. Cover, bring to a boil, simmer the stew over low heat after boiling for about 35 minutes.
    We cover the stew with a lid and leave to stew on a small fire.
  10. 15 minutes before cooking, add 0.5 st. l salt, 1 pc. bay leaf, 6 pcs. allspice peas.
    Add salt, peppercorns, and bay leaf.
  11. At the end of cooking, pour the cream (200 ml) into the stew, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
    Enter the cream in the stew.
  12. We take 1 bunch of parsley, wash it with running water, dry it, cut into small pieces, put it in a pan, cover with a lid, let it brew for about 2 minutes.
    At the very end, add chopped greens to the stew.
