Ingredients
- meat (pork) - 300 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- sunflower oil - 100 ml
- greens to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Step cooking
- We take 300 g of meat, wash it, dry it with a paper towel and cut into medium pieces.
- Pour 100 ml of sunflower oil into the pan and fry the prepared meat on it until a golden crust appears.
- In small cubes we chop 1 head of onion.
- Straws cut 1 medium carrot.
- Add vegetables to the meat and pass all together for about 2 minutes.
- Free 2 Bulgarian peppers from seeds and cut them into small pieces.
- Add pepper to the contents of the pan and simmer all together for another 2 minutes.
- Pieces of medium size cut 2 zucchini and 4 potatoes. Send them to the pan.
- After 5 minutes, add 2 diced tomatoes to the stew.
- Add black pepper and salt to meat and vegetables to taste. Stew the dish over low heat with a closed lid for 10 minutes.
- If desired, add chopped greens to the stew.
Thanks to the proposed cooking method, slices of pork fried to a golden crust are stewed in a sweet and sour vegetable sauce. So the meat is incredibly juicy and soft, and the rest of the ingredients perfectly complement its taste. Optionally, you can always experiment with a set of products by adding your favorite vegetables and spices to it.
