Step cooking
- Boil 3 eggs in advance in a saucepan. To do this, pour about 400-500 ml of water, lay the eggs and cook them over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. They have to be cooked in a cool way. After boiling, allow them to cool and peel.
- It will be more convenient to prepare the dish in a deep bowl in which you can easily mix all the ingredients. In a deep bowl we grate 150 g of hard cheese on a fine grater. You can choose any product that you like best.
- In a bowl with grated cheese on a coarse grater, we rub hard-boiled boiled chicken eggs.
- Add the finished dish a little spiciness and piquancy with garlic. For such a quantity of ingredients, 4 cloves are required, but if you do not really like garlic, then reduce its quantity. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the bowl with the rest of the products.
- If desired, salt all the ingredients. A small pinch will be enough, but if you want, then table salt can be omitted altogether.
- A connecting element is mayonnaise, which must be added about 4-5 tsp. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise yourself, it is important that the mass is viscous, but not very liquid. It is recommended to add mayonnaise in portions, but not all at once. All mix well until smooth. The mass should be thick enough so that it is easy to form balls from it.
- On a fine grater, rub 200 g of crab sticks and put them on a flat plate.
- Getting to the formation of Raffaello. To do this, take a small amount of cheese mass, about 1 tbsp. l We form a small cake with our hands. So that the mass does not stick to your hands, it is recommended to work in plastic gloves or periodically wet your hands in cold water. Inside the cheese cakes, put 1 seedless olive. Instead of olives, you can use any nuts to your taste.
- From a cake we roll a beautiful ball with olive inside.
- Thoroughly roll the ball in grated crab sticks. Similarly, we form Raffaello from the remaining cheese mass.
- Put the finished Raffaello from crab sticks on a beautiful plate and serve it to guests. This appetizer is suitable for any festive table and buffet. It is prepared quickly, simply, and it turns out very tasty and interesting.
