Kitchen appliances and utensils: a French press, a geyser coffee maker (a Turk or an ordinary coffee maker), two coffee cups, a stewpan with a thick bottom (a small pan or a large metal mug).

Step cooking
- To begin, boil 300 ml of purified water. To make coffee, you can use a coffee maker or a Turk. We will cook in a geyser coffee maker.
- We pour hot, boiled water into the lower bowl of the geyser coffee machine, not reaching the valve that regulates the pressure. We put a sieve on top, pour two full, teaspoons of brewed coffee, and on top we put on the kettle of the coffee maker. We send to the fire, brew coffee until ready. The best coffee for this drink will be arabica. You can use any of your choice.
- Pour 250 ml of cream into a stewpan with a thick bottom or a small saucepan. For this creamy coffee, it is enough to use cream 10-11%. Add to the cream 3 tsp. sugar and a pinch of vanillin, mix. If you use pure vanillin, one pinch is enough. If it is vanilla sugar, then you can add a teaspoon, then pour a couple of teaspoons of sugar, mix the cream and try. If they seem sweet enough to you, then you don’t need to add more sugar. We send the stewpan to the fire and cook, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil, but do not let it boil. When the temperature of the cream becomes maximum, pour the brewed coffee, mix. Then we pour Raf-coffee in a French press and beat for 1-2 minutes to make foam. If there is no such press, beat with a mixer or whisk. Pour into coffee cups and can serve with a slice of dark chocolate. If you wish, you can sprinkle cinnamon on the foam and use a toothpick to make a variety of patterns.
- Before drinking Raf-coffee, we recommend drinking a glass of water to neutralize the taste buds and fully enjoy the taste of cream coffee.
