Step cooking
- We take 500 g of broccoli and divide into inflorescences. We place the inflorescences in a deep container, fill with water and leave to soak for about 1 hour in order to completely clean the product from specks and dirt.
- Then, once again, well wash the inflorescences under running water (under the tap).
- We put a pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
- We put broccoli in boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until soft).
- After a specified period of time, we get the inflorescences from the water and put them in a glass from the blender.
- Thoroughly grind broccoli in mashed potatoes using a blender (if you do not have a blender, you can grind the inflorescences by grinding them with a sieve).
- We put the mashed potatoes on a plate, let it cool slightly and proceed to the meal.
Decoration and serving
If desired, you can add salt and a little lemon juice in broccoli puree before direct use. You can decorate this dish with fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil, green onions, etc.) or with a chicken or quail egg cooked and cut in half. Enjoy your meal!
