Step cooking
- Break 4 large eggs into a deep container and beat them with a mixer in a thick fur foam.
- Continuing to beat the eggs with a mixer, add sugar gradually. Thus, you need to add, while mixing, about 140 g of sweets. The total time of whipping with a mixer is 8-10 minutes.
- Sift 150 g flour and 1 tsp. baking powder in a common bowl. Mix everything thoroughly, achieving a homogeneous mass.
- Add flour to the bowl with eggs and sugar by sifting. Add flour in 3 sets, mixing everything thoroughly. Stir everything so that no lumps form.
- Put the dough in a baking dish and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. The bottom of the form must first be covered with parchment. The sides of the mold do not need to be lubricated.
- Biscuit baked for 30-35 minutes. Next, it must be allowed to cool in shape for 10 minutes, and then put on a plate and decorate before serving.
- If necessary, the resulting biscuit can be divided into 2 halves.
