Step cooking
- We heat 200 ml of milk until warm, up to about 36-38 degrees, place in a bowl for kneading dough.
- Add 25 grams of fresh yeast, one teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen spatula and leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, until foam appears over the milk.
- When a foam appears over the entire surface of the milk, break two eggs into the milk, add half a teaspoon of salt and two to three tablespoons of olive oil.
- Beat the milk yeast mixture well with a whisk until smooth, begin to add wheat flour.
- Pre-sift the flour through a sieve, add gradually, constantly knead the dough with a spoon, look at its consistency and determine whether to add it, or vice versa, reduce the amount of flour.
- When the dough stops sticking to the hands and the surface of the bowl, we begin to knead it with your hands until smooth. It should become soft and supple.
- We cover the container with the dough with cling film or a clean kitchen towel, and send it to a warm place without drafts for 50-60 minutes. It should be in such conditions until it doubles in volume. After increasing the dough two, two and a half times, we take it out of the container, divide it into several equal parts, and use it for making pizza.

- When mixing pizza dough according to this recipe, wet yeast in the amount of 25 grams can be replaced with dry yeast in the amount of 5 grams.
