Ingredients

Step cooking
- We clean the cherries, remove the seeds and fill the cherries with red wine. Better to take semi-sweet. The wine should completely cover the cherry. We leave either overnight in the refrigerator, or just a couple of hours.
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the whites, gradually adding sugar. The mass should be magnificent.
- Enter the yolks one by one and beat.
- Add baking powder, cocoa to the flour, mix and pour into the egg mass. Mix.
- We spread the dough into a mold.
- Bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cooling down.
- We cut off the top of the biscuit, in the second half of the biscuit we remove the flesh, leaving only the sides and the bottom. The thickness of the bottom and sides should be one and a half centimeters.
- Beat soft butter until fluffy, adding gradually condensed milk.
- Beat 3-4 minutes all together.
- Put the third part of the cream in a separate bowl. We will use it for decorating and coating the cake.
- In the remaining cream, add slices of biscuit pulp and cherry. We drop the cherry on a colander so that the glass is excess liquid. A small amount of pulp is left to sprinkle.
- Mix everything.
- Soak the bottom of the biscuit with the liquid remaining after steeping the cherries with wine.
- We spread the filling in a biscuit bowl. Soak the lid of biscuit and cover the cake.
- Coat the sides and top of the cake with cream.
- Sprinkle the edges of the cake with crumbs, decorate the cake with cream through a pastry bag. On top of creamy flowers we spread the cherry.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate. We put in the refrigerator for impregnation. After 2-3 hours, the cake can be served to the table. Done!
Cooking variations
Making a “drunk cherry” cake takes a couple of hours, but by the end you get such a delicious dessert that you want to eat everything yourself. Of course, such a cake must be prepared for various events. Giving children such a cake is not worth it. And although the wine content in cherries is completely minimal, it is better for parents to protect their children from excess alcohol. A cake can be prepared without wine, for example, with concentrated cherry juice - such a cake can definitely be served to children.
And to make the cake even tastier, put the brewed tea on the table with the cake - the best is green with mint or bergamot. You can serve a cake with coffee, so it will also be very tasty. And if the evening feast, you can drink a bottle of delicious red wine for this cake. Your guests will certainly be satisfied if you bring this cake to the table!
