Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- containers for ingredients;
- plate;
- pan;
- gauze or paper towels;
- spoon;
- fork;
- two stewing pans;
- scapula;
- brush;
- foil.
Ingredients
Milk | 250 ml |
Eggs | 2 pcs. |
Sugar | 225 g |
Vanilla sugar | 1 tsp |
Water | 75 ml |
Vegetable oil | 1 tsp |
Step cooking
- First, prepare the caramel. Add 100 grams of sugar to the stewpan and fill them with 25 grams of water.
- We put the stewpan on the fire and cook the caramel. We warm milk in a separate stewpan. In parallel, beat the eggs.
- Shake a little caramel without a spoon in a saucepan, reduce heat and continue to cook caramel. Add 125 grams of sugar to hot milk, stir constantly until the sugar melts. Remove milk with sugar from the stove.
- We observe the color of caramel syrup, periodically shake it in a saucepan. When the caramel begins to change color and becomes golden, remove the caramel from the fire. Immediately add 50 milliliters of cold water to the syrup. Lubricate the molds with butter or vegetable oil as desired. Pour 1 tablespoon of caramel into each tin.
- Constantly stir the eggs and pour in a thin stream of milk with sugar. Add vanillin there, mix and filter the mass through a sieve.
- Pour the mixture into molds, cover with foil.
- We put the pan on the stove and fill it with water (not completely). Put gauze or paper towels in the water. We heat the pan.
- We put the molds in a pan, cover with a lid and leave for 20-25 minutes to cook in a water bath. The water should boil several times, so we cook on low heat, periodically raising the heat to medium and bringing the water to a boil.
- When 20-25 minutes pass, you can get dessert. We hide the pudding in a cool place for 1 hour so that it cools down. But do not put it in the refrigerator. Now gently take out the pudding from the forms, slightly prying it with a knife. We put a plate on top of the form and turn the pudding on it so that the caramel is on top.
- Done! Enjoy your meal!
