Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. To do this, get the milk 15-20 minutes before making the porridge, so that the porridge is at room temperature. We wash the pumpkin, remove the core and peel the skin. Dice the pumpkin.
- Pour the millet with boiling water and leave for a couple of minutes. Then we wash it. Pour milk into the pan and bring it to a boil.
- When the milk boils, we send the pumpkin into it. Mix well.
- After a few minutes, add the millet and mix everything well.
- Cook porridge over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly so that the porridge does not burn.
- Porridge is ready! Salt to taste and add sugar at the very end. Enjoy your meal!
