Water | 200 ml |
Cream 15% | 100-150 ml |
Milk | 450 ml |

Step cooking
- Take 1 cup of millet, pour boiling water, mix and place on a sieve.
- Due to this, the croup will swell a little, become more malleable for cooking and clear of excess litter.
- Pour 200 ml of water into the pan and bring to a boil. In boiling water, add millet groats and cook over medium heat until semi-soft for about 10-15 minutes.
- Grate 400 grams of pumpkin on a medium or large grater or chop with straws.
- Add to the pan.
- There we introduce 450-500 ml of milk.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2.5-3 tablespoons of sugar, mix and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Over time, add 100-150 ml of cream, reduce the heat to a minimum and so cook the porridge for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the fire, let the dish stand for 3-5 minutes and serve: hot - with butter and ground cinnamon, in cold - with jam, jam, fruit or honey.
