Ingredients
millet groats | 100 g |
milk 3.2% | 500 ml |
butter | 50 g |
sugar | 2 tbsp. l |
salt | pinch |
Step cooking
- Thoroughly rinse 100 g of millet under running water. Pour the washed cereal with boiling water for a couple of minutes and drain the water.
- In 500 ml of milk, dissolve 2 tbsp. l sugar and a pinch of salt.
- We transfer the washed millet to the dishes with milk.
- Cut 50 g butter into small pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
- We put the dish in the oven and cook it for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees.
