Step cooking
- Take 2 medium apples, peel, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Take non-acidic varieties of apples, as the sourness will be felt in the finished cookies.
- Separate the protein from the yolk of one egg, you only need protein. In a blender bowl, place peeled and chopped apples, 1 egg, 1 egg white, and 125 g fat-free cottage cheese.
- Grind all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the chopped mass into a plate and add 60 g of ground almonds, 30 g of oatmeal, 30 g of protein and 3 g of baking powder.
- Beat the resulting mass until smooth with a mixer.
- Transfer the mass to a pastry bag or a dense bag with a small hole.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet, giving the liver an arbitrary shape. This amount of dough should be enough for 23-25 pcs.
- Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven, let cool slightly and place on a plate.
Useful Tips
To bake cookies evenly:
- 15 minutes after you have placed the baking sheet in the oven, unfold it with the back to the oven door.
- If you bake cookies on two baking sheets at once, then not only expand the baking sheets with the back to the door, but also swap them.
- Cookies should be the same shape and size.
To prevent cookies from burning from below:
- To ensure that the pan does not become very hot, do not leave too large a distance between the cookies, and fill the pan completely.
- Put baking paper in 2 layers on a baking sheet.
- To make the cookies bake evenly, place a baking sheet on a baking sheet.
- Bake cookies on the top tier of the oven.
