Step cooking
- To begin, wash the apples and peel them, remove the seeds and cut into slices.
- Beat with a mixer 4 eggs in a bowl, gradually adding 200 grams of sugar to it. You need to do this for about 3-5 minutes to get a lush mass. If there is no mixer, then you can use the usual whisk.
- Sift 160 grams of flour into a bowl with the resulting mass.
- Slowly and gently stir in the flour until the dough has a thick consistency.
- Take the baking dish and lay the chopped apples on the bottom of the pan. If your baking dish is not non-stick, then be sure to grease it well with butter.
- Then pour the cooked dough on top of the apples evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºС and set to bake the cake for 30 minutes. In order for the dough to fit well and not sag, do not open the oven often, or wait until the specified cooking time has ended.
- Readiness check with a wooden skewer. Pierce the cake - if it is ready, then the skewer should be dry. The surface of the pie should have a golden crust.
- When your charlotte is ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool. In order to prevent charlotte from settling, you can do the following: take two cups and place them at a distance from each other so that you can place your cake form inverted on top. Leave it in this position until the charlotte cools down.
- When the charlotte has cooled, take and gently turn the mold on a plate of a suitable size, and put the pie on it.
- You can decorate the cake by sprinkling it with powdered sugar. So it will become not only more beautiful in appearance, but also tastier.
