Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- mozzarella cheese - 200 g
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- arugula - 120 g
- lettuce - 50 g
- avocado - 1 pc.
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
- pine nuts - 80 g
- pomegranate sauce - 1 tbsp. l
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt - a pinch
Step cooking
- We tear 50 g of lettuce leaves and add to them 120 g of chopped arugula.
- Dice 2 sweet peppers into cubes and send them to the greens.
- There we add 200 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half and 1 diced avocado.
- Sprinkle all 2 tbsp. l lemon juice and add mozzarella cheese to the ingredients.
- Add a pinch of salt to the salad, black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp. l pomegranate sauce and 80 g pine nuts.
- Mix everything, let the salad brew for 20 minutes and serve it to the table.
