Dijon mustard | 60-70 g |
Olive (vegetable) oil | 50-60 ml |
Lemon juice | ½ lemon |

White wine vinegar | 2 tbsp. l |
Parsley | Taste |
Step cooking
- We take celery root (500-600 g) and peel it of unnecessary peel. To do this, we need to peel the peel in a circle with a sharp knife, remember the principle of peeling potatoes. Now the most difficult moment, cutting the celery root, will not work to cut it thinly. Here we are already cutting with a knife as much as possible. Then wash the celery under running water. Take a bowl (plate or any other dish) and rub celery on a thin or coarse grater, as you like.
- Lemon (1 pc.) Thoroughly wash and cut into two halves. Squeeze juice from ½ half of the lemon and pour celery on it.
- Then salt (1/2 tsp) and mix thoroughly.
- Pour Dijon mustard (60-70 g) into a separate bowl.
- Pour white wine vinegar (2 tbsp.), Olive (vegetable) oil (50-60 ml) and 3 tbsp. l hot water.
- Dress celery with our mustard dressing and mix.
- The salad is ready, bon appetit.

Celery root contains ascorbic acid, B vitamins, choline, oxalic acid, glycosides, essential oils, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and many other useful vitamins and minerals. And celery blocks the harmful properties of carcinogens entering the human body. That is why since ancient times it was a man’s favorite delicacy. And now, unfortunately, it is not very popular.
