So the fish should lie down for 10-15 minutes, during which time it is sufficiently saturated with salt. This fish 3-4 hours after salting, that is, almost raw, can be eaten, so it was called cheese or cheese. Her pulp is rather oily, tender, but rather dense, therefore, it can withstand heat treatment well.
- 6 peel, wash, cut into medium-sized slices.
- Peel a small onion, wash, cut into thin half rings.
- Peel, wash and grate one medium-sized carrot on a coarse grater.
- Sliced potatoes and onions in a bowl, salt, pepper to taste, mix, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil, mix again.
- Prepare the foil - cut into squares approximately 25x25cm - 4 pcs. On each square put ¼ part of the potato with onions, half the fish, 1-2 tbsp. l grated carrots and pour all this 2 tbsp. l sour cream.
- Carefully wrap the foil, squeeze it lightly, tighten it tightly and fasten the edges. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 40-45 minutes. It is good to serve a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs to such baked fish.
