- oven,
- hob
- plates / bowls for products,
- baking dish made of heat resistant glass,
- cutting board,
- knife,
- stewpan,
- colander.
Ingredients
- Chard - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 60 g
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper, salt and chili pepper to taste
- Flour - 150 g
- Margarine - 100 g
Step cooking
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees. Sift 150 g of flour onto the table top. Put 100 g of margarine on top of the flour. Grind the margarine in flour, add a pinch of salt and mix everything.
- Gather a homogeneous mass. Drive one egg into the center and start kneading the dough.
- Once the dough has gathered in a cone, you are ready for the next step.
- Take a heat-resistant glass baking dish and grease it well with margarine.
- Sprinkle the working surface of the table with flour. Next, put the dough on it and sprinkle with flour on top. Roll the dough into a thin round layer, whose diameter will be slightly larger than the diameter of the form prepared for it.
- After wrapping the rolled dough on a rolling pin, shift it into a mold. Excess dough is cut by means of a rolling pin.
- Make a few holes in the dough with a fork and send it to bake in the oven. Bake the base for the cake for about 10 minutes.
- While baking the base for the cake, prepare the filling. To do this, rinse the leaves of the chard, dry them and cut into such parts so that they fit into a stewpan.
- Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and send the chard there for 1 minute.
- After the time has passed, pour the chard into cold water, and then fold it into a colander.
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs, add 400 g of cottage cheese, salt to taste, 60 g of butter, 0.5 tsp. coriander, ground black pepper and chili pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Take a chard and squeeze it lightly to glass water. Next, cut the plant and send it to the resulting curd mass. Mix everything.
- Transfer the resulting filling to the dough that you previously sent to bake. Distribute everything evenly and send the pie back to the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, chop it and serve.
