- Prepare the ingredients for breading: pour 100 g of breadcrumbs in one bowl, grate 30 g of hard cheese on a fine grater, in the third - beat one chicken egg and beat it with a fork.
- Grind 40 g of peanuts or other nuts in a blender (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts are also suitable). Sprinkle the crushed fillet with the resulting nut crumbs and fold it in half with nuts inside. - Dip the fillet in a bowl with an egg, then roll in grated cheese, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Dip the meat into the egg once again and thoroughly roll in breadcrumbs so that the breading completely covers the entire surface of the fillet.
- In a medium heat, place a pan with vegetable oil. Place the breaded filet in a skillet and fry on both sides until cooked. If you want your schnitzel to turn out with a crispy crust, then during frying, do not cover the pan with a lid.
