Ingredients
- Plums (seedless) –1 kg

Step cooking
- We prepare for plum processing - washing, we extract seeds, the weight of peeled plums - 1 kg.
- We pass the plums through a meat grinder.
- Add 0.8 kg of sugar to the plum puree, mix.
- Cover the saucepan with mashed potatoes and leave for a couple of hours. During this time, the sugar will completely dissolve. Set the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. We remove the foam formed during boiling.
- Pour the jam into pre-sterilized jars and close with plastic lids.

Useful Tips
- For jam, choose only ripe fruits, but carefully inspect them so that there are no worms.
- If you wish, when cooking plum jam, you can add a little citric acid or lemon juice. This is especially true with a very sweet plum.
