Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. Take a glass of beans, pour it into a deep bowl, pour cold water for 2-3 hours. It’s best to leave her for the night.
- We put a pan on the fire and add 2 liters of water. There we add the beans and cook it for 20-30 minutes.
- While the beans are boiling, prepare the rest of the ingredients. We wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes.
- Next, wash the carrots and parsnip root. We clean them and cut them into rectangles. You can grate it, depending on which filling you like more in the soup.
- We wash the sweet bell pepper, remove the middle and cut into strips. If there is no fresh bell pepper, but there is ice cream, you can use it.
- We heat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the carrots and parsnips in the pan for 2-3 minutes. If desired, these ingredients can not be fried and immediately added to the soup - so it will be even more lean.
- When the beans boil for 20-30 minutes, add chopped potatoes to the soup.
- If you did not rub carrots and parsnips on a grater, but chopped, then add these ingredients along with potatoes. If you decide to grate carrots and parsnips on a grater, then add these ingredients 10 minutes after the potatoes are added.
- Then add pepper and cook until potatoes are ready.
- We taste the soup, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut dill, add it to the soup, mix the ingredients. Turn off the fire immediately, cover the soup with a lid and let it brew for a couple of minutes. Done! Enjoy your meal!
