Step cooking

  1. First, prepare the dough for the donuts. We put the stewpan on the fire, pour 150 ml of milk there, warm it up a little, add one tablespoon of sugar. When the mixture is well warm, turn off the heat.
    Heat milk with sugar.
  2. Knead 15 grams of yeast in a separate bowl, pour 75 ml of warm milk, whisk quickly with a whisk until the yeast and sugar are completely dissolved.
