Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- sieve;
- deep capacity;
- whisk;
- thick-walled pan;
- stove or hob;
- paper towels;
- donut platter;
- skimmer.
Ingredients
Wheat flour | 300 - 350 g |
Condensed milk | 200 g |
Medium Chicken Eggs | 2 pcs. |
Baking powder for the dough | 1 tsp (with a slide) |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Vegetable oil (tasteless and odorless) | 500 ml |
Step cooking
- Mix flour (300 g) with 1 tsp. baking powder, and then sift this mixture through a sieve. Pour the condensed milk (200 g) into a deep container. We add two raw chicken eggs and a pinch of salt to it, and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
- Then we start adding portionwise flour to this mixture, gradually kneading the dough. The dough should be smooth, elastic, elastic and slightly sticky. If necessary, you can add some more flour to it.
- Cover the dough and set aside. We put a thick-walled pan on medium heat and pour 500 ml of vegetable oil into it. The oil must be refined and deodorized, that is, have no taste or smell.
- We cut a small piece from the dough and roll it into a tourniquet about 2 - 2.5 cm thick. This should be done on a clean, dry surface, without adding flour, since the flour may burn during frying, and the donuts will turn out not so beautiful.
- When the tourniquet is ready, cut it lengthwise into small pieces (about 1.5 cm wide), and form a ball from each piece.
- We pre-cover the serving dish with paper towels so that they thoroughly absorb the excess oil from the donuts.
- In the preheated oil, spread the prepared circles in portions and fry until a beautiful golden blush. It is recommended to pre-divide all the dough into circles at once, as donuts are fried very quickly.
- We take out the finished donuts from the oil using a slotted spoon and put it on a dish. Our delicacy is ready!
Ways to decorate and serve dishes
If you wish, after ready, you can sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar (if you don’t have powdered sugar at hand, you can also decorate the dessert with grated chocolate or coconut). Serve them better "with heat, with heat", that is, still warm (although the cooled donuts will be quite tasty) with tea or milk. Special sweet lovers can eat them with jam or jam.
