Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes - 800 g
- Onions - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Allspice peas - 10 pcs.
- Black pepper peas - 20 pcs.
- Pea Coriander - 20 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 prongs
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Water - 1 L
- Salt - 2 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Vinegar 9% - 50 ml
Step cooking
- Take 1 l jar and put in it half a bunch of dill, half a small bunch of parsley, 10 peas of black pepper, 5 peas of allspice, 10 peas of coriander, half chopped bell pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 400 g of onion, 400 g of cherry tomatoes pierced with a toothpick .
- Do the same with the second can.
- Boil 1 liter of water and pour boiling water into each of the cans.
- After 10 minutes, drain the water from the cans into a deep pan, and pour fresh boiling water into the cans.
- In the first drained boiling water, add 2 tbsp. l salt, 2 tbsp. l sugar, 2 bay leaves and 50 ml of vinegar.
- Boil water with brine.
- Drain the water from the cans into the sink, you will no longer need it.
- Add the boiled brine to the jars with tomatoes, tightly twist with a lid and turn over. Wrap the jars with a towel and leave in this position until completely cooled.
