Step cooking
- On a cutting board, cut into small pieces 400 g of chicken liver. Such gravy can be made from any kind of liver; it is equally tasty with both beef and pork offal.
- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into the pan, heat it and put the prepared liver in a container. Fry it for 5-7 minutes.
- While the main ingredient is fried, grind one carrot on a coarse grater, and chop one onion into small cubes.
- Add vegetables to the pan, mix well and fry the mixture for another 5-7 minutes. Do not forget to stir the ingredients for even frying.
- After the specified time, add 2 tbsp to the pan. l wheat flour.
- Stir the composition, warm for a couple of minutes and pour 400 ml of cream into the liver with vegetables. It is better to take cream with a high percentage of fat content, this will make the sauce more thick and rich in taste. Using a spatula, evenly distribute the liquid in the pan. Leave the sauce to boil for a few minutes until the required density. It takes 3-4 minutes of your time.
- Finely chop the greens. For gravy, you need to take 2-3 branches of dill, the same amount of parsley and a small bunch of green onions. Add aromatic herbs to the sauce, salt and pepper to taste, warm for several minutes and remove from heat. If you are a supporter of piquant spiciness in dishes, add a little chili pepper and a couple of cloves of chopped garlic.
- Gravy is ready. It goes well with many side dishes. This type of gravy can be served with mashed potatoes from any vegetables, a variety of cereals or boiled pasta.
