- Add 300 g of minced meat. Stuffing can be used any. The best will be pork and beef, cooked independently. To do this, you need to take pork and beef tenderloin in equal proportions, pass through a meat grinder. If you want meat sauce to turn out a little more, add 30-50 g of fresh bacon. You can use a ready-made store. The main thing is to be fresh and to your liking. Many use minced chicken for this sauce. It is more tender, juicy, cooks a little faster.
- Stir the minced meat with onion, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix. Instead of tomato paste, you can use tomato juice or ketchup. The final taste of the gravy will depend on the quality of the paste, so it is important that it is fresh and you like it.
- We peel 1-2 cloves of garlic, rinse, pass through the garlic or chop finely, send to the pan. Add garlic as desired. If you don’t like the garlic flavor, you can skip this item.
- Here we pour one teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, a couple of pinches of black pepper, mix everything. By the way, try adding sugar while frying onions. So he caramelizes, which will give special piquancy to the gravy. If you wish, you can add any other seasonings at your discretion. A mixture of dried herbs, ground paprika, coriander is perfect. Add two bay leaves and 200-250 ml of water or broth. Mix and simmer for three minutes. From the finished gravy we take the bay leaf, cover with a lid, let it brew for three minutes. If desired, you can add chopped greens immediately to the gravy or sprinkle with it an already formed dish. After that we can serve to any side dish.
